S & K Developers LLC, founded by Ben H. Knight in 1999, has designed and built over 35 custom homes in Rio Rico, Arizona. Each one of these homes known for their quality and design. Ben H. Knight has been independently building custom homes for over 30 years, first in Alaska, then Washington state, and finally arriving in Arizona in 1996. He and his family settled here in Rio Rico bringing his own unique style of design and construction techniques to the area.
